Business Development Manager
On this position you will be in charge of long-term organizational strategic goals definition, key customer relationship management, business opportunities identification, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions in order to constantly improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- Leads and manages all aspects of Logistics Division strategic customer business from initial inquiry through solution implementation and execution
- Maintains and manages all internal and external communications regarding strategic customer business
- Communicates and coordinates directly with internal teams to develop and execute business development for existing customers
- Prioritizes new business opportunities to maximize allocation of resources and profitability
- Develops and maintains customer-specific business plans to exceed margin and volume goals
- Reports on performance as required, with insight into changes to customer performance and market impact factors
University degree – Economics, Business Administration or other relevant
Proven experience in B2B in Logistics
Excellent language skills in English allowing negotiations with foreign partners and suppliers (German as a second foreign language would be an advantage)
Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-driven individual with problem-solving skills
