Sto Group is one of the major international manufacturers of facade insulation systems. Sto Group’s product range includes products for facades and interiors, such as renders, paintings and acoustic solutions for home and office interiors and industrial floor coatings.


Country Sales Engineer – Bulgaria

The main challenge of the position is the development of Sto Epitoanyag Kft. – Branch Bulgaria’s sustainable and successful business, direct sales of Cretec product range (Industrial Floor Coatings), and support of an exclusive partner of Facades product range. There will also be a full responsibility for P&L and the making of budget and strategic plans.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Achieve direct sales expansion through active customer selection and visits
  • Make specific product presentations and implement marketing initiatives
  • Advise customers on the best technical products and solutions for their business needs
  • Ensure follow-up of offers and orders
  • Offer / win / contract / control the construction works at sites (involving sub-constructors)
  • Organize and coordinate the logistic activities and deliveries to the clients, ensuring a professional support to the customer till the equipment’s’ final settings
  • Provide clients with the necessary technical and after sales service
  • Participate actively at seminars and exhibitions
  • Maintain and update a complete customer database and provide regular sales reports

Job requirements

  • Technical University Degree – Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.
  • 3-5 years of relevant project and technical sales experience in a similar company
  • Thorough knowledge of facade insulation systems, floor coatings and paints
  • Active, sales driven and ambitious individual
  • Excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills
  • A superb communicator who can be an advocate of Sto on the Bulgarian market
  • Excellent command of English; German will be an advantage
  • Initiative, interpersonal awareness together with a performance-oriented attitude
