Selection methods & steps

For the selection of the most adequate candidates the following methods are used: 

  • Pre-selection of the applicants according to the obligatory criteria

  • Structured in-depth interviews with all candidates who meet the formal requirements 

  • Psychological evaluation of adequacy with HILL Competence Analysis ©, a psychological diagnosis tool

Assessment Center  for the finalists – optional, if requested by the Client


This way comprehensive objective information about skills and personality characteristics of the applicants is collected, which provides you with a secure basis for decision-making.
