When you take part in one of our projects, these are the steps that will follow:
1: CV check: Do your qualifications match the requirements for the job profile in question?
2: Interview: You passed the first step - we invite you to a meeting! Tell us more about yourself, and we will share details about the opportunity *1
3: HILL Competence Analysis©: Now we work with our system of questionnaires and tests. We compare your personality traits and preferences with the job profile to ensure the best match. *2
No psychometric instrument can measure all aspects of an individual. Even personality traits and skills previously selected for examination cannot be determined with 100% precision. The analysis results are rather an objective indication of the presence or absence of a particular characteristic or ability.
The candidate's final profile is interpreted in the context of the information obtained from the curriculum vitae and references, as well as during the interview.
4: Meeting with our client: Now is the time to meet your potential future employer and to ask your questions. In some cases, you will be invited to additional meeting/s or assessment centre. Good luck!
5: Signing the contract: You found common ground and decided to work together. Now is the time to agree on the contract details including your start date.
6. Onboarding: We will also support you during your first days at the company.
